My name is Neda Amin. I’m a reporter of the Persian language division of Israel Times. I have been a refugee in Turkey for the past three years and about two years and one month ago received an approval for a country-interview. I recently received a rejection letter from the government of Turkey, and the necessity to leave the country. One of the reasons stated in the letter is my involvement with Times of Israel, an Israeli news media.
Despite this situation, I have been previously designated a refugee in Turkey but the United Nations. Therefore, my return to Iran will be tantamount to my execution and death. Nonetheless, the United Nations in Turkey has not done anything to protect me; they even stated that they can not stop the government of Turkey from deporting me.
I am only an Iranian writer and reporter who for the past years have tried to fight the Islamic Republic’s violence and corruption with my pen. However I have never had safety for my life in
